  • It is unused and unmodified
  • No damage is present (except manufacturer defects)
  • All original accessories, documents, and packaging are included

3. Return Shipping

Custom orders cannot be cancelled after production has started.

  • Provide photos or proof

We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
